• 	Vera Garibaldi Owner/Director verag@waterbabiesusa.com Vera was trained in Australia, and was so inspired, she brought the program to the United States. She continuously seeks to develop her curriculum to assist in the mind and body development of all her Waterbabies and Water kids.	Debbie Gray Executive Manager deborahg@waterbabiesusa.com Debbie is responsible for the development and future expansion of Waterbabies. She works closely with staff and instructors to ensure excellent customer servicer. Our Waterbabies Families are her first priority.	Courtney Bangert Instructor Coordinator courtneyb@waterbabiesusa.com Courtney is responsible for scheduling new hire training, works closely with our Lead Instructors on curriculum, and monitors report cards, certifications, class schedules and private lessons.	Cecilia Rachal-Gosson Administrative Assistant ceciliar@waterbabiesusa.com Cecilia is responsible for general inquiries, incoming calls, store purchases, inventory, and all around- customer service.
  		Veronica Cotto Pre School Lead Instructor veronicac@waterbabiesusa.com Veronica is the Lead Instructor for the Pre School Instructors. She is trained in the Swimplicity teaching method, and is also developing a Waterbabies Swim Team program	Jackie Tinned Parent Tot Lead Instructor jackiet@waterbabiesusa.com Jackie is the Lead Instructor for the Parent Tot Instructors. She continually develops the Waterbabies Parent Tot curriculum, and works closely with each Parent Tot Instructor.
