Aquatic Program

Pre School Classes initially promote independent swimming with focus on body alignment, breathing and the development of core body muscle. As the students progress they will be introduced to appropriate age stroke development.

The Pre School class for new students is:
Beginners (3 years old to 5 years old)

The Pre School Class for returning students are:
Baby Grads (2 years old to 4 years old)
Pre 1 (3 years old to 5 years old)
Pre 2 (3 years old to 5 years old)
Pre 3 (3 years old to 5 years old)
Intermediate ( 4 years and up)
